Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no delivery charges and nothing to wait for at the door.

What happens after you pay

• Within about a minute, an email from care@parentingsorted.com arrives at the address you gave, with links to your files.
• The same links are shown on the thank-you page right after payment.
• Links work for 30 days. Each file can be downloaded up to 25 times. Save the files to your phone or computer.

If the email has not arrived

1. Wait ten minutes and check your spam or promotions folder. Search for "Parenting Sorted".
2. Use the form below to have fresh links sent to the email you paid with.
3. Still nothing? Write to care@parentingsorted.com with your payment reference (it is on your Razorpay confirmation) and a real person will send the files by hand, usually within a few hours.
