These terms apply to purchases made on parentingsorted.com. Please read them; they are short and written to be understood.

1. Who we are

Parenting Sorted is a trade name. You can reach us at care@parentingsorted.com; we reply to every message. Details of the entity behind the trade name are in section 10.

2. What you are buying

Digital guides delivered as PDF files by email. Nothing physical is shipped. Once payment is confirmed you receive links to download your files; the links work for 30 days and each file can be downloaded up to 25 times. Save the files to your own device.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay; there are no extra charges at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own household. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email address. You may print the files for your own use. You may not resell, republish, post online, or distribute the files, in whole or in part.

5. What the guides are, and are not

The guides are general information written for Indian households, compiled with care from published sources, which are listed inside each guide. They are not legal advice, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a professional. Laws, fees and procedures change; where we know a point is unsettled, the guide says so. Always confirm anything that matters to you with the relevant authority or a qualified professional. We are not an agency and do not find, vet or supply caregivers; decisions about who cares for your child are yours alone.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

7. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that cannot be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the proprietor's place of business have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law to approach the forum available to you.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. The terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase.

10. Entity

Parenting Sorted is a sole proprietorship registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam, Ministry of MSME, Government of India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-18-0581786). Proprietor: Puspita Das.
