Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought and to answer you, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name (if you give it), your email, and the payment reference from Razorpay. Razorpay collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you take the free card: your email and, if you give it, your first name.
• When you write to us: whatever you send, so that we can reply.
• Automatically: our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's server-side event tools to measure whether our advertising works. This sends Meta an identifier for your browser and, for purchases, a hashed (scrambled, one-way) version of your email. Standard web server logs record your IP address and browser type.

What we use it for

• Delivering your files and re-sending them if you ask.
• Answering your questions and processing refunds.
• Sending the free card and, after it, at most a few short follow-up emails, each with a way to stop them by replying "stop".
• Measuring and improving our advertising.
• Keeping the sales records the law requires us to keep.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), Google Workspace (our email), Netlify (our website hosting), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Free-card sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Write to care@parentingsorted.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop any emails. We answer within a few days. This policy is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in mind; we will update it as the rules under that Act come into force.

Children

Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
