Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Reply to your order email, or write to care@parentingsorted.com with the email you paid with or your payment reference, and say you would like a refund. That is all.

How it works

We refund the full amount to the payment method you used, through Razorpay.
We start the refund within one working day of your message. Banks and UPI apps usually show it within 5 to 7 working days; some cards take longer.
You do not have to tell us why. If you want to, we read every word and it helps us improve the guides.
After a refund, your download links stop working.

After 7 days

Because the product is a digital file that cannot be returned, we do not normally refund after 7 days. If something has gone genuinely wrong (for example, you never received the files and did not tell us), write to us anyway and we will sort it out.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same thing, tell us and we refund the duplicate straight away.
